How it works

The AI Assistant platform uses OpenAI under the hood. We generate a new assistant in OpenAI that uses Chat GPT 4o - the latest flagship model from OpenAI. When you upload a document, the document is scanned by OpenAI and stored in chunks. The assistant is then trained on these chunks to understand the context of the document. When you ask a question, the assistant uses the context of the document to generate a response. OpenAI will never use your document to train their models or for any other purpose then to use it as a context for the assistant.

You can access your assistant from a link on the dashboard, and this link can be shared with anyone, whether they are customers, staff or other people.
